At Ecila Beauty, we take great care in delivering your beauty and self-care essentials safely and on time. To ensure reliable service, all orders are shipped using UPS Ground for both domestic U.S. and international deliveries.
Order Processing Time
Standard Orders
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Sales, Pre-Orders & Promotions
Processing times may vary during sales, restocks, or pre-order periods. Any extended processing timelines will be clearly noted on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, most in-stock U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

A tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow your delivery every step of the journey.
Shipping Delays & Responsibility
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ecila Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods such as holidays and major sales.
Once your package has been handed over to UPS, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility until delivery is completed.
Package Monitoring & Delivery
We recommend monitoring your tracking information and arranging for a secure delivery location, especially during busy shipping seasons.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact UPS directly to initiate a claim.
